    Asked by Micheal.

    • Answer I'm using it on visible now but had to transfer my physical sim card into the phone to get it to work. Apparently the phone is so new esim doesn't show as compatible in their system. This despite Motorola site specifically saying it is compatible which I pointed out to the customer non service agent.

    Asked by Lucasgrun.

    • Answer Thanks for your interest, Lucasgrun. The Moto G Stylus 2025 Unlocked phone is designed primarily for use in the U.S. While our phones may work in other countries during travel, we can’t guarantee full compatibility or support for all features abroad. We recommend checking with your mobile service provider to confirm if your SIM will operate properly with this device. Please also note that Motorola phones are only covered under warranty in the country or region where they were originally intended for sale. • QuestionIs this phone hearing aid compatible. Can I answer calls and talk through my hearing aids without using the speaker function? Can I use my Alexa reminders and other functions on this phone? Does it connect to Samsung galaxy watches?

    Asked by Fritziemom.

    • Answer I plugged your questions into Gemini AI and received the following: The Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) is fully hearing aid compatible and supports standard smartphone features like Alexa and Samsung Galaxy Watches. Hearing Aid Compatibility HAC Rating: The 2025 model is certified under the latest ANSI 2019 standards. Unlike older M/T ratings, this standard evaluates "conversational gain" to ensure clear audio for hearing aid users. Direct Audio Streaming: You can stream calls, music, and other audio directly to your hearing aids via Bluetooth. This allows you to talk through your hearing aids without using the speakerphone. Setup: To connect them, go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing devices and select Pair new device. Alexa Integration Functionality: You can use Alexa reminders, timers, and smart home controls on this phone. Access: Download the Amazon Alexa app from the Google Play Store to sync your existing reminders and use Alexa as a secondary assistant alongside Google Assistant. Samsung Galaxy Watch Compatibility Connection: The Moto G Stylus 2025 connects to Samsung Galaxy Watches (including the newest Galaxy Watch 7 and Ultra models). Requirements: You must install the Samsung Galaxy Wearable app to manage the connection and sync data. Note: While most health and notification features work, a few Samsung-exclusive health features (like ECG or blood pressure monitoring) may require a Samsung phone to function fully.
