QuestionI already have a stylus phone but it's got a cracked screen and I want to buy the new stylus but I want to keep the same number can I move the number I have now it's a Verizon phone number it's through you know it's it's called total Verizon

- Answer This phone is carrier unlocked. All I had to do was move the SIM card from the old phone into the new phone and it worked right away on Verizon. As long as your sim is not locked to the phone in your account settings in Verizon, you can unlock it in your account if so. Was easy for me. Hope you have the same experience. You can keep the number tied to your sim card.

- Answer I have it fully charged when I leave the house at 7:30 in the morning and don't recharge it until bedtime. I will say I am not on my phone a lot during the work day.

Questionrecently bought the phone to use with a mexican service(movistar) it identifies the carrier and has data, works normally but it also doesnt let me make calls or send messages, it either fails to send the message or gets hanged up immediately, why?

- Answer Yes. I had a TracFone SIM and the transfer was quite seamless. If you're on the go and use data frequently I recommend a plan with at least 2GB data, I'm on pay as you go and have been running out a little too frequently. Speed has been pretty snappy, too. Hope this helps.

- Answer When I tried to bring a phone to Spectrum they told me that all the devices I attempted to use with them were incompatible. All different brands of current phone models. Not all mine, I just wanted to see if they would accept any of them so my friends offered theirs to try. The only phones that were compatible were their own phones that you have to buy from them. $1500 for a 2024 Samsung Ultra. Huh. Never mind.
