- Answer Yes, Go to store and get a new sim card and activation. I think you can do it online also, They mail you a sim card.

- Answer Hi ALyons, I understand you want to get these features to work with this phone. The phone is a stock android phone which is why it doesn't have LED notification light but it does have Moto Active Display which will show you if there's any notification at a glance. Notification counts or count badge feature can be downloaded from Play Store. You can also look for the best Launcher or theme you like for this phone. -Jess
