yes. since it's an unlocked phone. you can transfer your sim to it and it'll work.

It has a time delay between hitting the call button and it actually dialing and if the phone is in my pocket or on my truck seat call just go straight to voice mail without ringing. Reception has been very spotty compared to the Samsung I had stolen.
