“How do I extend the time before the screen goes to sleep? I've tried : Settings -> Display -> Advanced - > Sleep. And tried the various settings there, including 30 minutes, but it still sleeps after 5 or so seconds. Even when playing a game”

If you went to settings then display, it should give you the option to extend the time for the display to stay on. I did not go to advanced and sleep to change mine. Try this way. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you all for the replies. Unfortunately, the sleep settings didn't seem to work. I mean, I even tried setting it to 30 minutes and it'd still sleep after 5 seconds. Seems like some other powersaving thingy was overriding the sleep settings. Anyway, I reset the phone, and now the sleep settings are working so far.
