Yes you can. With metro tho have to put sim card in and call them on another phone and give the G6 IMEI number. Unless you want to go to metro store and they will get you up in running for a fee

This phone will work with virtually any carrier. I used it first with AT&T, then switched to a Verizon MVNO. But my prior phone had service with MetroPCS, and I checked with them to see if it would be compatible, and was assured it was - I just needed more coverage than Metro/TMobile provides for the places where I travel.
