“My Motorola-moto-g6-with-32gb-memory-cell-phone(unlocked) doesn't always ring with incoming calls. Tried to disable call forwarding setting but phone won't allow. I get "Call settings error message Network or SIM card error". Use AT&T. How can I fix it?”

I honestly don't know. What happens to me is that the volume sometimes goes way down and I don't hear it ringing! Sometimes the light setting also goes down.
