Is this cell brand new not refurbished null

Hello, You can purchase this cell phone as "new" or as "refurbished". You just need to make sure you are reading the phone description and the sellers information completely to make sure you are getting what you want.....new or refurbished!

I purchased my Moto phones new from best buy, but you can go online and get used. I prefer a new phone and it was $80, I used a $20 rewards pointf certificate and only paid $60 for a great phone.
