Yes, I already had a Verizon account, so all I had to do was provide my phone number & pin # and they were able to add the new phone and cancel out the other one.... There is a $30 activation fee charged by Verizon, but the deal I got knocked off $50 if phone was activated at time I bought it... so even with tax, I still came out about $5 ahead! Sales Assistant placed the latest Verizon SIM card in phone.... about $5 charge at the Verizon store. I walked out with a charged & ready to use phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Works perfect for me, no issues. I am on the Verizon Pre-Paid side and am getting 80Mbps Down and 6 up. I have read some users having issues but I am not sure why. I did have existing service and a working sim card that I transferred into this phone, sometimes that works better that getting a new sim card.
