You have 14 days to return a phone, after that if you don't buy the protection plan, you are on your own. For example, I bought a Moto g7 power in May. It was in my pocket three days ago and I pulled it out bent. Best Buy nor Motorola will do anything about fixing or replacing it. I'll add a photo to illustrate my point. Stay away from this cheap phone. Also, the glass is sub par on the screen and scratches very very easily.
