“Does Motorola offer a firmware update to improve the Hint's performance in any way, shape or form? Sometimes bluetooth manufacturers offer firmware updates that one could access online to improve the bluetooth headset's performance. Perhaps Motorola has such an update, or plans for one, to improve upon the Hint's shortcomings that some complain about upon using it.”

I got on with tech support at Motorola via chat and all they could offer as a suggestion was to unpair it with my iPhone and re-pair it. Of course, that didn't help. Again this is a piece of junk!
