- Answer my phone announces the name of the person calling unless that number is not saved in my contacts list. I would check your phone settings because most of the information is being generated from your phone.

- Answer I can only answer the performance of the product I bought. It has a very good performance, but the sound is the downside... it is rather on the low side.

- Answer To turn up the sound you use your phone. I'm sure you figured that out though. I love it! I have to turn it down cuz it's too loud. Maybe yours has a defect ?!?

QuestionJust got Hint today and it keeps pairing over and overI was outside and a gust of wind hit bottom mic, pairing instructions came on again. I've had to open menu on IP5s at least 6 times since I left store. It "connects" immediately, but I have to reopen phone menu. go to the bluetooth menu etc. I had a Bose before this and I'm wearing Hint in my right ear. It still constantly re "pairs" I like the caller ID again, I missed that with BOSE. Best Buy no longer has or will order BOSE, therefore I had to get store credit or I would have gotten another Bose.

QuestionDoes Motorola offer a firmware update to improve the Hint's performance in any way, shape or form?Sometimes bluetooth manufacturers offer firmware updates that one could access online to improve the bluetooth headset's performance. Perhaps Motorola has such an update, or plans for one, to improve upon the Hint's shortcomings that some complain about upon using it.

- Answer I got on with tech support at Motorola via chat and all they could offer as a suggestion was to unpair it with my iPhone and re-pair it. Of course, that didn't help. Again this is a piece of junk!

- Answer Apparently it is a mistake in the system, and if you get a good MOD they will return it for you. Or like me the first one refused and walked away without looking into the issue. Just be persistent and try another store if you happen to have another close by.

- Answer Well I've been manually digging ditches for 2 weeks and swatting snats and pesky no-see-ems many times hitting the Hint dead on and it never fell out or hurt.
