Well I've been manually digging ditches for 2 weeks and swatting snats and pesky no-see-ems many times hitting the Hint dead on and it never fell out or hurt.

If you are running an obstical course you may have a problem. The only time it has come out of my ear is when I have been sweating a lot. I know when to leave it in my ear and when to take it out. The size is some of the reason that I bought. Overall I am very pleased with the product. Getting the correct nipple for your ear is important, they give you several to choose from.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yea. It does work well. People can hear me. There are a few ear "gels" included to fit any ear. I don't use one as it feels odd in my ear, and it has never fallen out: it has a rubbery texture to it.
