• To turn up the sound you use your phone. I'm sure you figured that out though. I love it! I have to turn it down cuz it's too loud. Maybe yours has a defect ?!?

• you would think that there is more volume available but unfortunately not, once you hear a double beep thats the max volume possible.

• You can turn up the volume on your phone or by pushing the the front of the device while it's in your ear.
