This phone is US unlocked and can be used outside the US, however, we can't guarantee that all carrier features will work. We suggest contacting your preferred carrier and see if this phone will work with their service. We do not recommend users buying a phone from a different country as the warranty of the phone is only limited to where it is intended for sale. -Jess
