Is Motorola Force Z Droid unlocked phone? null

Technically it is unlocked (courtesy a previous agreement that Verizon had with the FCC). However, its hardware only capable of working with Verizons CDMA band in the US so effectively it is "locked" to Verizon. If however you use it abroad, It will work when you slip in a locally bought and activated SIM. I actually used my old Droid Maxx abroad even though I was under contract with Verizon at the time.

No, it is a Verizon exclusive. Moto is going to release an unlocked version of the phone in the future however.
