Other than the above, the phones are identical. Go to Motorola's website, click on Phones, and select Compare Newest Phones from the drop-down menu to see full specs.

• 600 series vs 800 series processor. Technically much slower, but unless you want to run 3D apps don't worry about it. It runs all your everyday apps.

• The Moto z play is the unlock version that works with T-Mobile and at & t while the Moto z play droid is the Verizon version and will only work with Verizon.
