• They're including the 360 camera mod for free, so you're kind of getting it whether you want it or not. I personally would have preferred the JBL Soundboost speakers, but I'm not going to turn down a free mod.

• No it comes with the 360 camera which you can take off very conveniently and use a regular back cover so no reason to not want the camera if you're going to pay that much for the phone.
