- Answer To get the $10/month payment, you have to sign up for a new line of service. If you are replacing a phone and not adding a line of service, it's $20/month.

- Answer The standard back is glass with the mod panel accessible, so yes, it has a back but I wouldn't trust that. Get a shell back at least.

- Answer The phone comes with a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter. My son is using his wired headphones with his Moto Z3 without issue using this. I do worry about the durability of the adapter though. I'm sure at some point it will have to be replaced.

- Answer Well you did receive an answering all day and that's actually correct because moderate use can mean different things to different people. I'd say with moderate use you could expect at least 8 to 10 hours depending on what you are doing. If you are doing any streaming your time will be reduced some. This phone can charge quickly and give you about 7 hours on a 15-20 minute charge. Fully charge it and see what you get,would be the best way to tell with your kind of usage.

- Answer It depends on how long you have the screen on during the day. On an average work day, I can go 50-60 hours on one charge. If I use an app like Waze where it is on for 3-4 hours I still get about 18-20 hours with about 15% battery life left.

- Answer April 17, 2019 My purchase today included the speaker! It is packed in the box with the phone. When I first searched for new Motorola models didn't notice the inclusion of the speaker so it was an appreciated surprise! Tech said it sounds amazing, I haven't tried it yet and trust his knowledge!

- Answer Jose, This is a follow-on answer to person who said "Contact your carrier". I tried that, and asked Verizon basically the same question you have. Verizon had no idea, and had never even heard of this promotion. So, good luck with that. It appears that Best Buy and Verizon are not on speaking terms.
