QuestionWill this work with WOW cable ?

- Answer We do not have WOW cable in Nashville, TN, but Comcast/Xfinity is also a large cable provider like WOW. I couldn't imagine that it would not, but check with your cable provider. They should have a list or be able to confirm if this unit is compatible.

- Answer Yes your max is around 1100-1200 mbps it also says it in your to instruction and a little piece of pa7per that comes with it as well.

QuestionLooking to hookup the ac1900 router to allow faxes. Are there setting that need to be made? Haven’t been able to fax with this modem.

- Answer I think the phone ports on the back of the modem are for use with a cable company, i.e., Comcast. Without that connection I don't think they will function properly.

QuestionHi! I was told by Spectrum that I need a docsis3.0 24x8 modem ... will this work well with Spectrum then? I was originally looking at the MG7700 and Spectrum didn't recommend that one because it didn't support docsis3.0 24x8 or something.. Thanks!

- Answer You need Docsis 3.0 to mee.t the speed of the ISP. If you do not get this version you will have issues. You could also get the 3.1 version of DOCSIS
