The box which the Modem/Router came in states that this product is certified and usable with Comcast/Xfinity. The best question would be to ask your Internet Service Provider if the Motorola MT7711 is compatible with their services and if both phone lines would work in activation.
A:AnswerI bought it one month ago. It was OK at the beginning. I have 400mbps plan and the download speed is around 200. But recently, the speed is decreasing from 200 to 100 and then to even 50. I don't know if this is the trouble they referred to.

A:AnswerI would assume if you switch then xfinity will come to your place and get you hooked up if the outlet needs replacing. The wall outlets would be your property. Xfinity usually won't charge for things as part of being new customer
