Even though this and a lot of other Motorola phones are compatible with Verizon and MVNOs on the Verizon network, Spectrum itself has chosen to only allow phones from the 4 following manufacturers: Apple Samsung Google LG I know this because I originally was going to sign up for Spectrum Internet and their Mobile service almost 2 years ago when I found that they would not allow my Motorola phone. We already had Direct TV, paid for by another person in the house. I was so furious that they wouldn't allow my Verizon compatible Motorola phone because I really wanted their bundled offer, that I didn't even sign up for their Internet service, instead I stayed with AT&T Fiber Internet. I have since moved out of AT&T's service area and didn't want service from Frontier, so I bit the bullet and did get Spectrum Internet, even though they still wouldn't allow my Motorola phone and I just checked again and found nothing has changed.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As of now the phone can not receive text messages on MVNOs on Verizon Network. This will have to be corrected soon by Verizon allowing MVNOs to enable cdma less provisioning as they will be doing away with there CMDA network.
