Our phones are designed to work in multiple regions, including the Philippines, but we cannot guarantee that all features will function outside the intended sales region. We recommend checking with your local mobile service provider to confirm that your SIM card and network will be compatible. Please also note that Motorola warranties are valid only in the country or region where the device is sold, so purchasing from Best Buy in the U.S. may mean your phone will not be covered under warranty in the Philippines. -Mitch
