  • QuestionHow do you reach the release to bring down a TV that is folded up to the celing?

    Asked by Folddown.

    • Answer Great question! To lower your TV from the ceiling, you don't need to look for a physical lever or button; instead, the mount features a press-and-release mechanical latch. Simply push the folded TV and mount firmly upward toward the ceiling until you feel or hear the latch click open, then gently pull the assembly downward to your preferred viewing angle (it can rotate down up to 90°). If the folding motion feels too stiff or loose, you can easily adjust the tension by popping off the plastic joint covers and using a 6mm Hex wrench to tighten or loosen the main joint screw.
