Are these lights for out door or in door use? null

Both indoor & outdoor, according to published specs

According to the instructions, this item can be used outdoors, HOWEVER, you must follow the instructions for proper installation, which includes the following restriction: "Install only to a covered CLASS A GFCI receptacle that has an enclosure that is weatherproof with the attachment plug cap inserted or removed." See attached image for more. Personally, I have only used these lights indoors.
