You can set 1,2,3, or 4 hours by pressing the "keep warm" button to select how long to keep warm and then it will shut off.

It depends on the time you set it. I have mine set for 4 hours and 30 minutes

Auto-shut-off is 4 hours. If I want it on longer as we like it, we just wait a couple hours, push the "on" button twice so the 4 hours will restart.

4 hours is the automatic but it is adjustable. Ours works great and we are really pleased with the purchase.

Mine is set for 4 hours but you can change it to 2 if you wish.
