“Does this laptop have the ability to do a RAID 0 configuration? I would like to install two either M.2 drives, or M.2 and SATA I just dont know if these two different types (M.2 and SATA)are compatible with each other for RAID 0.”

Only a single M2 slot. Not sure if you would see greater performance from just M2 speeds.
