“when my laptop is plugged in it doesn't really charge it's just stuck at 92% and slowly goes down when I play games. When I leave it to charge it doesnt go up. What do I do?”

This is a built-in function of most MSI laptops. You may adjust the overcharging setting within MSI Center under the Battery Master tool.
