• HDMI is wired to dGPU instead of iGPU. You will get better performance than iGPU for sure, but it means powering on dGPU all time (~6-12W consuption)

• Sort of. HDMI is somewhat bandwidth limited, so the refresh rate will be lower than the laptop refresh rate. Better to use the USB-c DP functionality to get a higher refresh rate on an external monitor.

• Yes, the Delta 15 can be connected to an HDMI monitor and still perform flawlessly.
