dfxx: Aorus is the light system used by assus ROG and will be 12 volts. There is a 12 volt connecting block on your assus board and uses all 4 pins on your cable. You will also have an addressable 5v block which uses only three wires on the same looking cable which hooks to the mother board. The new 5volt system can be addressed and programed on your ROG board using the aoura lighting program. Senior citizen here, so dont get too mad if I added to your confusion. If all connected correctly, you should have as many different light shows as you have colors.
