Sure. PCIe 4.0 is backwards compatible with all PCIe 3.0 devices.

Yes, it will compatible with either of those gpus. make sure to use the top pcie slot though for the full benefit.

It will run fine, with either card. Better graphics with RTX2060

I originally bought the RTX 2060 super and it seemed to work just fine, but I got the 2070 super because it runs about the same as 2080. The 2070 super was also a good bank for your buck because you don't need to spend the extra $200 to get a RTX 2080.
