- Answer This board is a LGA 1151. That heat sink is for an LGA1200. With that being said the answer is Yes. I went through that just so you understood that the 1200 is compatible with the majority of 115X coolers.

QuestionPSU cables are all hooked up im running a i7-7700 i latch it down and turn it on the cpu debug light turns on for a split second then everything shuts off anyone know the issue?

- Answer You’re issue is the processor. Z390 mother board only works with 8th and 9th gen intel processors. You have a 7th gen.

- Answer Yes it supports both. The purpose of having a “Z” series motherboard (Z390) is so that the processor can be overclocked (get more power than normal from the processor) the “k” in the 9700k cpu signifies that it is unlocked and able to be overclocked.

- Answer Max ram(ddr4) demented by how much the CPU supports, this is not a good board for a Nvidia 3080 as this board doesn't have PCI-e V4.

QuestionInstalled this motherboard and got it up and running with no issues, except I CANT ACCESS BIOS! I never even see the splash screen, goes right to log in extremely fast. Ive reset CMOS, disabled fast start, updates/drivers, and new ram. ANY IDEAS???? thx
