A:AnswerNo it will not, this is a 8th/9th gen motherboard. That cpu is a 7th there are very few motherboards that are backwards compatible and they are usually Chinese and they don't work that well. And plus there a lot better cpu's than a i7 7700k now just a heads up.

A:AnswerYes to CPU, most likely DDR4-3000 memory if its mainstream brand (corsair,gskill,crucial). I used 16GB corsair 3000 cas 15 as sold in BB with this MB both vengence PRO and LPX ( less money no RGB ) have worked no issues after setting XMP in BIOS to get full rated spd. LPX is better if CPU cooler clearence is an issue .
A:AnswerYes I recieved 2 sata cables one had right angle connector other was straight be sure to check under MB packing support cardboard I had to remove to find cables and m.2 screws in a tiny bags MSI is pretty good about including stuff.
