A:Answer After seeing the other two less-than-complete (or even accurate) answers, I thought I'd chime in here. While I'm not 100% certain whether you can change the fans, it's worth noting that this model routes the fan cables *inside* the sleeve for the liquid tubing. So if you do change the fans out, you might end up with some cable ends dangling. Of course, you may end up needing to control other fans with other software (which indeed might be one of the reasons to do so in the first place so you don't need MSI's bloatware).
One of the answers here said that there's no point in swapping out fans on an AIO because they will perform worse. This is 100% false. I've had many AIO's come with fans that aren't good radiator fans and that would perform better with other static pressure fans. I regularly swap in Corsair fans for those included in AIO's.
