QuestionCan you change the resolution to 1080p @ 144hz? How does this monitor look and perform at 1080p 144hz? Some games I would need to change the resolution down to 1080 to keep the fresh rate at 144hz.

- Answer Yes the resolution can be changed depending on your graphics card output settings. Due to the lower resolution, games running at 1080p may look stretched out if ran in "Full Screen" mode.

QuestionIs this one of the monitors that's considered even though FreeSync, work as a G-Sync?

- Answer Yes it is. In the Nvidia setting it will say not supported but have the option to enable G-sync. MSI is on record saying all their monitors will be compatible with G-Sync.
