• It sure is! :) I have it enabled in the Nvidia Control Panel & it works flawlessly with my RTX 2070 SUPER!

• its free sync but invida has enabled it to work with g-sync you may get some flickering in some game screens (varies from game to game)

• The monitor supports Freesync and has not been officially certified by NVIDIA to support GSYNC.

• No, it is not G-Sync compatible.
