A: unlike the asus one this is a VA panel that will give you a nicer picture

A: It sure is! :) I have it enabled in the Nvidia Control Panel & it works flawlessly with my RTX 2070 SUPER!
A: Yes the resolution can be changed depending on your graphics card output settings. Due to the lower resolution, games running at 1080p may look stretched out if ran in "Full Screen" mode.
