• The GS66 does support 4K 60Hz. through the HDMI port.

• I've not tested the USB-C output, but I believe that it does, and I have no issues connecting it to my 4K Samsung TV via HDMI. (I'm not sure how to verify the refresh rate out the HDMI port, or what version it is using.)
