Hello and thank you for your question! Yes, the free install and delivery will be honored if you need to reschedule if you have already purchased the tv and Best Buy Totaltech at the same time. If you cancel the membership and still need reschedule your service you will be charged normal price of what the service costs. I hope this helps!
