I recharge this external battery using my iPad power adapter. Charges quickly and holds it's charge very well.

Please try again later.Plug the micro USB(small plug) into the smaller of the two ports on the battery unit and plug the standard USB(large plug) into a powered USB port on either a wall charger or a computer. Some USB ports do not have power to them, so make sure there is a small symbol by it that shows the voltage output. Hope this helps.
