Can you use this with a receiver? null

If by receiver you mean an AVR, then yes, the only point of that would be to have extra HDMI inputs (the bar has 3 inputs and 1 output to the TV), another reason might be to run extra speakers at the same time i guess. Otherwise the soundbar powers its own speakers, which is what an AVR is for

You could in a way but why you can stream anything in this. Hook a turntable if necessary. This is a discrete unit. Like a receiver.
