Nakamichi uses universal audio cables (one end is L shaped to the speaker can mount against a wall), the same barrel connector like the old red,white,yellow A/V cables
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The speakers have jacks that are designed to plug in. Same with the other end for the subwoofer. I believe the Visio uses stripped wire ends. If you don't want to use the wires w/jacks supplied, you can splice into those jacks observing polarity as speakers must synced for best sound (reason for plugs). I can only imagine is that the existing wires are buried in the wall/floor & hard to route, so it is possible if that is your desire & expense or knowledge to wire.
