Does this require a base pack to make it work? null

Hello and thank you for your interest with out Shapes Ultra Black Mini Triangles. Yes, they require a starter pack since that pack includes the Controller and the Power Supply. This is the expansion pack that does not include those yet. Please let us know if you have further questions.
