I did not find the stakes in the box. null

They are inserted upside down in the posts. Pull them out.

The stakes are inside the poles, you have to pull them out and re-insert them the correct way

The stakes are inside the pipes they connect to.

The stakes themselves are inside of the shafts. You pull the stakes out of the shafts, turn them around, and stick them back into the shafts. I had the same issue initially.
