Yes they do! I just bought one last week....mine is on pretty thick carpet so its a bit wobbly but it is a really good unit. Nautilus customer support is really awful but if you have anyone who is handy, they can put it together for you without any problems.

If you mean does it have armrests that flip up then no it has no armrests. It has bars on both side to grip that also measure pulse rate although not sure that it is very accurate.
