QuestionOnce assembled, can the bike be easily moved?

- Answer Yes, it can be easily moved. There is a handle bar in the back and wheels in the front. While it may be heavy, please either lift it yourself or with another person, just lift the bike up from the back and it will move to wherever you need to place it.

- Answer The Seat is adjustable closer to the computer screen or further back to adjust for the length of your legs. The back of the seat is fixed, but you can use a pillow or foam to get variations. Hope this helps. PIP

QuestionWhat chest strap is compatible with this bike

- Answer I have a Polar cheat strap that "just works" with it, don't have to pair it or anything. That strap is around 10 years old now. I believe any that are telemetry or specifically call out ANT+ are compatible.

- Answer The console requires to be plugged in to control resistance and any other functions. You can still turn the pedals over without power, but you will not be able to control resistance.

- Answer No. It does not come assembled. I had Best Buy do the assembly and I was glad I did as it appeared to be more complicated than I would have expected. Their installer was very efficient and I was happy with the service. The only negative was that the website said it could be installed on April 1, but it would not allow me to schedule until April 15 when I was checking out.

QuestionI have assembled the R616 and have the adapter plugged in. The unit comes on and the display lights up. When I pedal the machine the resistance is strong. I have tried pushing the resistance buttons but it stays the same. How do I change the resistance?

- Answer Depend on the app u use. Just regular exercise it does not. U can download explore my world , there are a few free trails, a subscription to the natilus /bowflex app starts around $59 or 9.99 a month.,
