A:Answer I used live chat to ask an agent, and he assured me in no uncertain terms that I would be getting the red blaster.

Agent: I have just checked and I see that the SKU number that you gave me, it comes with a red one only which your son would like to use.
Me: Yes. The blaster can come in red or blue, but I don't know how to specify that we want the red one.
Agent: Well, it wold [sic] come in red.
Me: I see. There isn't any chance it would be the blue one?
Agent: Yes, there is not any chance as you will be receiving the red one only.
Me: OK great, Thanks Andrew!
When it was delivered to the store, I called the store to double-check that it was the red blaster. They checked and confirmed that it was red.
I took my excited son to pick up his new red blaster.
It was blue.
Cancelled. Ordered somewhere else. "Best (Buh) Bye"
