Yes the pods will say they are made fo nesspresso machines!

Yes. We order ours from Nespresso which has a good selection of flavors and strengths.

Yes, it will only fit the Innissia pods. There are generic/other brands out there on Amazon, etc, but I found that they do not work as well and will do not produce high quality espresso. They also tended to clog the machine more quickly and require more frequent cleaning. YMMV
