It tells you how to do this in the owner's manual. You can adjust the amount of water to match the cup size per the pod. Once you do this, every time you put that coffee pod into the machine, it will fill the cup perfectly. The only downside is that you always have to use the same size cup with that specific pod. If you use a smaller cup by accident, it will be overfilled and make a mess.

It brews several different sizes. You pick the pods based on the size you want. The 14oz only has 2 flavors so far though, but honestly this coffee isn't the kind where you need giant cups all of the time.

Yes. Approx: 14oz, 8oz, 6oz, 2.7oz and 1.3oz. It is not selectable, it depends on the coffee pod. The bar code on pod determines the volume.
