I live in a 2nd floor condo with a basement. My current router is a Netgear Nighthawk X4S Model R7800. I stream 4 tvs w/Roku sticks and have smart phones, laptops,ipads. Would I get a signal in basement and no buffering on tvs? Spectrum 200 mbps speed. null

You might want to install it in the basement and add one of the nest extender to carry out the WiFi from the basement to the other products you are trying to connect.

It actually depends as your Wi-Fi speed and signal strength can be affected by interference caused by thick walls, mirrors, windows and signals from other wireless devices. We recommend setting up your devices within a clear line of sight to your router or point to get the best performance.
